About the Rose Petal Foundation

The Rose Petal Foundation was founded in 1999 by Buck and Lynn Rae Lowe with a dream—to build a world where imagination and creativity aren’t luxuries, but lifelines.

From art programs for terminally ill children to sponsoring theater productions and supporting artists across Southern Arizona, the foundation has always been about light finding its way in.

We believe creativity changes lives. Art is more than beauty—it’s belonging. It's voice. It’s survival.

Today, the Rose Petal Foundation continues that work through grants, community programs, and partnerships that expand access to creative expression.

Since 2023, we’ve provided over $55,000 in direct support and helped generate more than $500,000 in combined community impact.
